Opened in 2016, the Gateways Galleria provides a welcoming, open environment tailored to each individual. Our day program includes structured activities, community outings, and enrichment opportunities, designed to align with personal preferences and support self-expression.
Since 2006, Rayen Avenue has been our flagship location near downtown Youngstown, offering day and vocational habilitation services with non-medical transportation. Our vocational program provides hands-on experience and a chance to earn income through local business partnerships. Our day habilitation promotes social skills and independence with outings to local parks, theaters, and more.
Launched in 2020, The Village by Gateways offers a unique indoor village concept for community engagement, personal growth, and creativity. With spaces like a theater, tech room, and sensory area, participants can explore self-expression and develop skills in a friendly, supportive setting.
